Truck Speed Limiter

Hi fellow truckers! I've just joined truckersmp today. Now about my problem.

So, My truck speed limiter setting keeps coming on again, While I have turned off both Limiters in the Menu and In MP settings. And No, I'm not using external contracts, But it still keeps turning on by itself, Is there a solution to this? I always use server EU2 so that's also not the problem. You may be confused as well but I don't know why this keeps happening.

While it is true that 0.2.2.3.1 added global speed limiters, the in-town limit was updated shortly after launch. In ETS2, 150 Km/H is still the max speed outside of town. 80 Km/H is the max speed inside of town.

In ATS, 100 MPH is the max speed outside of town. 55 MPH is the max speed inside of town.

 

This cannot be disabled. It is a global limit. Every user is bound by these limits.
