mods allowed in ets2 mp?

hey everyone, the title says it all, and when i try to visit the "mod guidelines" for the ets 2 mp forum website (this one) it says that i don't have permission to view it, which is strange. 

 

so, can someone help me?

Same here. Dunno why though.

 

mods are allowed but most of them don't work (Only in Singleplayer). We can help you better if you tell us what mod you're talking about. Give us an example.

 

Examples:

Forerunner | Additional Customisation (ETS2) - click

Forerunner | Painted Trailer Tool - click

Forerunner | Trailer Mod Tool - click

 

"Make sure that all mods you're using comply with these rules. You are responsible for all the modifications you decide to apply. If your modifications go against these rules you might face a punishment. If you're unsure whether your mod is allowed or not, ask staff members before going in-game."

The section "§3 - Save editing rules" includes those mods/save editing guidelines. As for the forum thread, I do remember it existed but I don't know where it's at. Although, I did find this guide:
