Hello dear @w1ldthing,

"This Guide is for ATS and/or ETS2.

1. Locate and Secure your Profiles, Copy them to a seperate Folder.

ATS: http://prntscr.com/f7ofiu

ETS: http://prntscr.com/f6bney

2. Then de-install ATS/ETS2 via Steam and de- install TruckersMP.

3. Restart your PC.

4. Then start searching for all old Folders of TruckersMP and ATS/ETS2 and Delete them. A RegCleaner Software will be helpfull. Sometimes there are "Dumb" Folders/Paths to ATS/ETS2, that were created by the TruckersMP Launcher.

Hey,

Try to launch the game as admin and with DirectX (64)! This solves many problems.

Also make sure your graphic driver is up to date!

If these things don't work, try to download the updates again! (Start the launcher and press F1) Maybe anything went wrong!

I’d advise you to lower/turn off development logging:

Press tab>Right click and click the cog icon>Change the ‘Development logging’ menu to a lower setting or off. Basically every time a truck comes, it causes a tiny bit of lag while it logs the trucks information, and changing this setting lowers the detail the log takes.

Note that if you disable it completely, you won’t be able to find TMP IDs in the game logs for reporting purposes anymore

Hello :)

Follow these guides:

  • Update your graphic card driver.
  • Take care not to play in busy areas.
  • Pull down your graphics settings.
  • You maybe need a new profile, delete old and get a new one.
  • Reinstall the mod and make sure that you put correct in directory. (\Steam\SteamApps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2)
  • Don't use unsupported mods. Also too many mods can cause your game to crash. You can find supported and allowed mod from here.
  • Delete file Documents/ETSMP (Please before deleting, backup this file)
  • That's may be caused by missing game file.Go to Steam Library / Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2 / Properties / Local Files / Verify Integrity of Game Files.
  • Make sure you have the latest  .Net Framework (4.7) & DirectX & Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 and use CCleaner to remove temporary files and obsolete registry paths.
  • If it didn't work, don't hesitate send support ticket. https://support.truckersmp.com/

Also read these topics, they may help you
