How to set head portrait in the game Eur Truck2?  I can only change my name . I need your help!,thanks .

When you are in the start screen, where each profile is shown, you have to click on edit profile and there you can change your avatar.

You can also connect your profile with world of trucks and set picture at world of trucks. Then you have this picutre as your avatar.

If you want the change the profile picture next to your name in-game, you'll have to change your profile picture on Steam. Here's a tutorial:
