Overwrite Skoda SuperB characteristics/add new engine and transmission?

Hello,

I would like to ask game experts/developers about how can I overwrite engine and/or transmission characteristics to my own? If it's not possible, then can I just add extra ones?

I don't need to add 10.000 HP engine or something like that, I just want to do the car more slowly. I assume it will help me to handle the car better, especially when I use Skoda as escort vehicle.

Unfortunately, MP doesn't allow me to change game files (when they are going to be overwritten by a mod) to change the car characteristics, so I'm looking for a legal way to do what I need.
I would also like to create a proposal to developers, but I'm not sure they will take it into account.

The easiest way is if you want to drive with them Slowly then you should do that,

or open your Tab List Ingame there you can mark it to -> 90 km/h.

Then you should can drive slowly with them

It will only restrict me to exceed 90 kmh, but the vehicle will still accelerate very fast and hence I need to use brakes constantly to decrees my speed. Also, 90 kmh might be insufficient.

Hello, in my opinion, you can drive the car without problems, just increase the brake intensity and do not turn above 140 km / h especially in tight corners.

You do not need any mod to slow the acceleration, if you focus enough on driving the car, achieve without many problems. I say this because I have almost 700,000 Km in that car, so I give you this tip from my own experience.

You can’t rewrite the mod, however you can try to use speed limiter and break earlier.

What controller are you using? With an analog gamepad or wheel+pedals, you chose how hard you want to accelerate/brake. But if you're using keyboard, you need to use short hits to the throttle key, it's a lot more difficult to control acceleration. If you can, try to get a wheel+pedals set or a gamepad with analog sticks and triggers.

Thanks for your answers. Unfortunately, all suggested solutions aren't applicable for me. I understand I can just set speed limiter, increase brakes sensitivity, etc., but it's not what I wanted.

Moreover, I have already increased brake sensitivity. The main issue for me is the car has high gear ratios, hence the car is accelerated as a bullet. Because of this, it is not very convenient to drive the car.

I drove Skoda in SP with decreased gear ratios, engine torque and engine volume, the car became calmer and better. I don't really understand why the developers added this car with such characteristics. It's not a racing simulator, is it?

As I see, there is no a legal way to change the characteristics by myself,  so I intend to write a proposal to the developers in order to they add 5-spead gearbox with smaller gear ratios and new engine with torque about 4000-5000 instead of 8000 like now.

You can make a suggestion topic in suggestion section to change car engine and transmition but I'm affraid that Skoda users won't be very happy about it.
