2. Press F1 and do the update again.
3. After the update is finished,
4. Connect your profile to "World of Trucks".
5. Run "Launcher.exe" again,

Hey,

did the answer above helped you? Do you have the same problem in ETS2 (Single)? In this case you should send us the log. How does it work with other profiles? It could be that you changed something on the profile

or it just can't load it because of an in game problem. Then try to start is with an other profile.

Hello @rozifca,

 

 

1. Close Launcher.exe from "Task Manager".
2. Back up and delete the Documents / ETS2MP folder.
3. Run the Command Manager.
4. Run the sfc / scannow command.
5. Wait and restart your computer.
6. Start the game as SinglePlayer in x64 DirectX mode. (Run with DirectX for ATS)
7. Drive a short distance.
8. Logout.
9. Run the multiplayer as an administrator.

To start off, I have  a few questions for you:

 

1. Does this occur in singleplayer? 

2. What sort of crash are you experiencing? e.g. 'ets2.exe has stopped working' or 'fatal error' crashes? 

3. Do you have any wheels connected?

 

If you answer the questions above, I can provide a more specific answer.

 

However, for now - please try follow my steps

 

> Go to Steam

> Steam Library

> Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2 / American Truck Simulator

> Properties

> Local Files

> Verify integrity of game files

> Wait for the process to complete, then attempt to launch MP.

Hello rozifca,

 

try this Steps:

 

• Search in your System for the Name -> regedit
• Open regedit and search there for both Names -> TruckersMP and ETS2MP
• Delete all Files in regedit with this Names until you are done
• Turn off your Anti Vir 
• Download the Launcher from here -> https://truckersmp.com/download
• Install the Launcher
• Start the Launcher with -> Admin

Should still it not works use this Steps for Euro Truck Simulator 2.

But if you get still this Problem, please open a Support ticket there -> https://support.truckersmp.com/
