I can't launch ETS 2 MP!

Hello, a few days I'm already suffering from this error. I did everything I did, uninstalled the game, and also the multiplayer launcher. Below I've uploaded a screenshot to you. It's in Polish, but I'll tell you what's going on. Missing a DLL file, I do not know how it happened, as I normally did play before. Please help.
