Make sure you do not have MSI Afterburner or Riva Tuner Server running, because these programs are known to cause conflicts or issues with the launcher. Download and run the '.NET repair tool' found here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=30135 Allow the repair tool to complete, then attempt to launch the launcher (with administrator rights).
