cant run mp mod..plz help

i just recently installed the mp mod so i could play ets2 in multiplayer and i currently cant even open it as it is giving me a error.

i currently run on windows10 with 4gbs of ram if that is of any help...if you need more info on my pc plz let me know-that or suggestions as to what i need to do to get this mod to work

Hey there! What error are you getting? Is it possible that you can provide a screenshot of the error?

Hey, as mirrland said a screenshot would be helpful but it may be that you need to download the latest version of the mp mod and install that before you can run it and don't forget that its the new icon because its the auto-updater

(Info given in OP is very vague, just giving some standard advice)

• Are you running on a 64 bit PC as TMP only supports 64 bit?

• Is your steam profile set to public with at least 2 hours in single player?
• Try running as administrator (Right click icon>Run as administrator)
• Can you verify steam cache? (Open steam>Library>Right click ETS2/ATS>Properties>Local files>Verify integrity of game cache)
• Can you reinstall the mod?

When you try to launch yours, does it give a popup box / error saying its stopped working?

I've got the same issue, can't find a solution.

i am currently running on a 32 bit os...not 64

I'm sorry but 32bit versions of Windows are not supported by TruckersMP. Windows 7 x64 Service Pack 1 or higher are recommended.
