Trying to join MP

[[UTL] Calgarian]

I did follow directions of how to install MP for ATS -

 

but when I start MP after DirectX option it gives me additional request - http://f3.s.qip.ru/Lq7Yxxmp.png and if I click CANCEL it stops everything, if I click OK it starts regular ATS but not MP.

@Calgarian be sure you launched steam with admin rights, then start ATSMP with admin rights also.

Hi there,

 

This has happened to me multiple times before.

 

An easy fix for me was just to re-start Steam, and load the game again. If that doesn't work, check for any updates on Steam, and verify the integrity of the game cache.

Logout of steam,
Step 2 
Login to steam,
Step 3
Go In-Game again,
Step 4 
And Your Problem Solved.

Steam was re-started.

After starting Steam checked for ANY UPDATES.

After that I double checked   integrity of the game cache.

Same result - I start MP - having message to chose ATS MP or DIRECTX or OPENGL - any attempt leads me to SP

I did logout of Steam.

I did logon to Steam.

Same result - I start MP - SP starts........................

Hi:

 

Try to go to Properties - define launch parameters - put what the message tells you.

 

Also, check if you have any updates for DirectX

Personally, I don't launch with DirectX or OpenGL, i just select "Play American Truck Simulator Multiplayer".  Maybe this will solve the issue?

I tried all three options. When I used Play ATS Multiplayer, I have this:

 

 

and same result - SP opens.

Launch parameters shows just field for typing, what should I type in?

 

DirectX works with WOT and others.... will try to update but why it doesn't start with option-1 Just Play ATS MP???

based on request of dx9 - does it means that game uses DirectX 9? 

I have DirectX 11 on my comp - is it possible to have two directX on the same machine?

 

PS computer was reboot ))

 

PPS - over two hours in Q waiting for moderator approval - is it really must?...............
