Speed limit with trailer

I play on EU2, I believe and when I'm on free roam, my truck goes 160 km/h. But when I get that stupid trailer I can't go over 90 km/h unless I'm downhill, then I get like 91 km/h but that's max. I know other players WITH TRAILER can go WAYYYY faster than 90 km/h always overtaking me.

 

What am I doing wrong?

External Contracts means World of Truck Contracts. Both of them are same thing. If you take External Contract trailer, you will limit on 90 km/h.

Please ensure your Speed Limiter is OFF in settings

Please ensure you do not take a World of Trucks Contract

Server EU1 is Speed Limited, so you will need to use EU2/3 in order to avoid the speed limiter.

How do I know whether it's a WoT contract or not? I usually just choose a random External Contract job

External contracts are speed limited. 

 

Therefore go to job/freight market instead and there is no speed limit on those.

You need to pick on from the Freight Market, the jobs under the External Contracts would be the World of Trucks contracts which are speed limited to keep it fair for all users since the stats get tracked. Freight Market job stats don't get tracked so it won't be speed limited.
