Where is the post about permited mods?

I need the mods allowed links for using in TruckersMP. I went  search this post where have localized (in Game Rules), but was removed and I not found this post. 

I need only the links of sites, only.

The mods list has currently been taken down by the Managers to re-write it and update it. Here are the mods -
