Camera Bugs out

So i have my left turn signal key set to 0, for some reason when i press it, it causes the camera to go on the gound and be locked there so whenever i turn left it makes it so i cant see. I have nothing else bound to 0 and i dont see any settings that could be causeing it... help

Never mind, i just found out its because of the developer console.

Standard 0 (not numpad) is bound to dev cam. If you have that enabled then you will you to that camera when you press 0.

Hi, this is because in the Game Settings, you have the Developer Camera turned on. By default, the '{' key is the left turn indicator, meaning that the key bind is issued to both the left-turn indicator and the development camera.

 

In Game Settings > Controls you can change the keybind

In console, turn off the developer camera by typing 'g_developer 0'

Hello, the "0" key is the standard key for the developer camera. You can't bind the camera to another key, but however, you can disable it completely by opening "Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/config.cfg" and changing

 uset g_developer "1"

to

uset g_developer "0"

 

Then save the file and open ETS2 again. This should deactivate it.

0 key is for free cam, you can use the arrows on your numpad to navigate. I do recommend you choose another key for your signals (probably for the best you don't use any numbers, since they're for camera positions) .
