Wrong Person on the ban report

Hi, so I created a report to ban two people who rammed me but when I put the TruckersMP ID it shows the wrong person.

Could you not ban the person I tagged and insted ban the people who are in the video?

Steam name or TruckersMP name may be different. If TruckersMP ID is correct is not a problem.

Can the steam name and TruckersMP name be different? Because I thought that for you to change your TruckersMP name you would need to change your steam name because those two are connected.

TruckersMP and Steam name could be different. Ingame is always showed your STEAM name, but here on forum you can have other....

When you want to report someone, write "/pinfo ingame-id" into chat and it will show you

If you made a mistake, just make another report. If the admins accepted the report with a mistake on it then more than likely the victim of said ban has appealed it and has thus got unbanned.
