John [RO] Posted March 8, 2016 Share Posted March 8, 2016 If you have all the DLC , you can access all areas of the game , but those who don't have all DLC's will not be able to access everything. For instance, if you're missing Scandinavia, you can't go to Scandinavia. So the answer is : When you'll have all the DLC, people who don't have them all will not be able to follow you everywhere , just the parts of the map that you ALL have in common. Paint job Your friends will see some random basic paintjob instead of your awesome skin that came with a DLC. High Cargo Pack Your friends will see another basic (flatbed?) trailer without the cool boat or helicopter or some other stuff that came with it.
