Game freezes frequently

This isn't just a problem with MP (Please move this thread if it is in the wrong section)

But my screen will keep freezing for a short amount of time 5 - 10 seconds at most. I'm thinking it is something to do with my PC. So what would need to be upgraded in order to prevent this issue?

"End of life" so maybe start with CPU. (edit: wrong link, fixed)

Could be a problem with either ETS2 base game or the video driver. I'm experiencing a similar problem, but this only happens to take place in ETS2MP

I only get this on ets2mp as well, though it may simply be due to the fact that mp is more intensive than the vanilla ets2.

i would advice to upgrade your ram 4gb of ram is clearly not enough for MP 

the reason why the game freezes due to lack of memory 

 

 

it depend on your motherboard what the max of ram you can support and also which brands are supported

I think it could be an autosave related issue, try opening the console after a freeze and see if it says that the game was saved.
