Question

Hi,

So, in the past I have been playing ETS2MP fine, then, I got this error every time I start it. An application fatal error. Do you wish to send crash.log file to the developers? Then, yesterday, somehow I logged on and got an hour gaming time out of it. Then, today, I start the game and get the error. I've reinstalled everything, looked on forums. I can't seem to solve this. I'm running Windows 10. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

I have found that its actually an SCS base game issue, as I have had this fatal error appear since the update in SP (1.21), and for some reason continued in the last update SCS pushed through. As the MP runs the base game, the error appears whilst closing (and sometimes opening) ETS2

Had this problem yesterday before a convoy , Try this 

  1. Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2 Multiplayer icon on desktop
  2. Troubleshoot compatibility,
  3. Let the green line thing complete
  4. Select Windows 8.1 compatiblity and that was a fix for me tho

Windows 10 is a no no for gaming, I downgraded because I couldn't run 1/3 of my games because of errors and incompability with games. I advise you downgrade too, if not delete Euro Truck and re install it again.
