Kicked for being afk then multiplayer mod disapeared from computer?

I just got kicked from online, I was not afk I was in the truck upgrade, I attempted to launch ets2 multiplayer again and my virus software said a threat was detected and now the multiplayer mod has vanished from my computer? I scanned and have no viruses?

 

I am trying to re download the mod and now my virus software is saying that it is a threat? lol!?

The MP mod is no threats, I have passed this onto the developer and await a reply

I just figured that for some reason my anti virus program treated it as a threat, funny how it only just decided to treat it as a threat ha ha, anyway I have forwarded the ets2 multiplayer file information to the antivirus company and they will check that it is a safe file (which it obviously is) so it doesn't happen to anyone else, I have fixed it for myself though!

its a false positive file so yeah that why your virus scanner pick that up ,you must approve the file within your virus scanner program there must be a white list in there to exclude the file from scanning and removing

I have had problems with avast everytime I have installed a new mp update. Sometimes it detects it when the download is ready and sometimes it can take days, and then suddenly it just decides to remove some multiplayer file. I think im going to get some other virus software.

I use avast and I just declared it a false positive and I've had no real problems since. It installs fine and runs fine.

What was it actually flagged for? It should tell you what it is flagged for when you get the notice that it is possibly malicious.
