I think because of the quality of the video, seeing from that link you need to log in with an account to see the video in a higher quality, at 360p it is difficult to read the player's name and TMP ID,

Next time make sure the video can be viewed publicly and is in a quality sufficient to clearly display the player's name and possibly the TMP ID, without the need to log in through an account to unlock this option

So if you upload your evidence to BilliBilli there is a high chance we might not be able to see the video clearly. As BilliBilli offers very low quality video if you dont make an account. And we as moderators are not creating accounts on all sorts of different sites just so we can watch evidence. Especially not on a site where we dont understand the language and what we might be signing up for. So i suggest you use another site with better video quality than billibilli if you want to make sure the moderator can identify what they need to.

Let me explain it to you.

1. BillBill requires anyone viewing the video to have an account to get a better quality. It's impossible to see anything at 360p.
2. It is recommended to upload to Youtube, Google Drive, or a suitable video hosting site that makes the video a clear quality and free to access.
3. From what i could barely make out, you only showed the player's Name and Session ID. Which is useless when it requires a TMP ID.
   https://truckersmp.com/user/19492. The number at the end of the url is the TMP ID. Which you can get via 2 ways.
   A: /pinfo id. This takes the session id (let's say it's 2589) and would fetch the player data of 2589.
   B: Enable SHOW TMP ID in the TAB Settings. This adds the TMP ID next to their name (Example: 2589 Bird TMP ID: 839929488939291848239483219; i feel sorry for the future account that gets assigned that id).
