VTC Liveries

Any recognized VTC should have an option for an overlay like the TruckersMP one...

Similar to how the Patreon skin works, just copy paste that coding

While it helps them stand out, and helps VTC be able to track id's, i'd rather not see a rainbow of trailers all around me.

How would they be spamming chat when:

1. Don't VTC's use their own VC's and/or communication network that isn't in game chat?
2. Can check the TAB List for the VTC Tag and/or find everyone using the live map?

Sure, but only if it's optional and users can deactivate this feature.

You could Local Mod your VTC onto the trailers but no one else will see it apart from the people who have your Mod as well,

I've seen many videos of people doing it and popular VTC's like Viva Trucking actually have this in place.

I personally don't like this you will get some content that would not be appropriate if VTC's are able to upload their own skins.
I think just allowing people to local mod trailer skins is better

This should be on game and shouldn't have optional opt-in, as I believe I don't have disable option for other skins TMP have made and I don't see anyone complaining.

 

Rather this could have a verification proccess or guidelines in order to not be awful to look at.

 

Also this adds soo much needed diversity to the game and shouldn't be looked down upon just because it's possible through hacks and "it may have some liveries I don't like".
