Your idea looks good but it still should be  in only English in my opinion. As we know English is an international language and most of people can speak English. 
 

If multiplayer modification of TMP support multiple languages, it can cause to slow new updates due to the translation process.

Today, English is a very common language in the global arena and is taught in addition to the basic language education.

If your opinion is aimed only at Turkish players, it will only be beneficial for them. Although I am Turkish, if such an option is to be added to the game, it must be added to the 10+ most used languages. Instead of such an update, it would make more sense to learn the meanings of the already short TAB settings and details. It is very important to improve your English in today's life.

It's a good idea but you gotta think about the difficulty doing that. Like for reports they need people on constantly that can speak all the languages spoken in ETS2 and that's sounds like an impossible task to me.
