This has been an issue that has been widely reported here on the forum, and thus there is lots of topics on the same issue as this. Firstly, you can take a look here at the launcher issues (yours is listed at the bottom, with an example screenshot):

In addition, taking a look at some other topics with possible solutions already given would be a good idea.

Hai @keremkoc001,

 

Please follow the steps below;

 

1- Go to "This PC" and copy/paste this path C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache & C:\Windows\Temp\WebCache (if available).

2- Delete all files from both folders.

3- Launch the launcher and try again.

Hey there! 

I suggest you restart your router and try to launch TMP as administrator
