Chers joueurs, Nous recherchons actuellement de nouveaux modérateurs de la communauté (Community Moderator) pour aider à impliquer la communauté sur le forum ou Discord, ainsi que pour s'assurer que la communauté respecte les règles de TruckersMP. Tâches des modérateurs de la communauté: En tant que modérateur de la communauté, voici les responsabilités que vous pourriez avoir: Forums: - Créer une bonne ambiance dans la communauté; - S'assurer que tous les sujets, posts, Status Update, et messages respectent les règles officielles de TruckersMP; - Déplacer les sujets qui sont au mauvais endroit dans la bonne section; - Garder les forums organisés; - Archiver les sujets inactifs; - Gérer les signalements du forum; - S'occuper de la partie Suggestions; Discord: - Créer une bonne ambiance dans la communauté - S'assurer que tout le contenu posté sur le serveur Discord respecte toutes les règles du serveur Discord. - Travailler régulièrement avec le Community Moderator Manager pour examiner les suggestions. - Reconsulter régulièrement les règles du serveur Discord et travailler avec le Community Moderator Manager pour les réécrire. - Travailler avec nos utilisateurs pour garder un environnement propre. De plus, nous encourageons chaque modérateur de la communauté à être actif sur nos réseaux sociaux, sur le serveur Discord et sur le forum afin de toujours rester informé. Plus vous savez de choses, plus vous serez bénéfique à l'équipe et vous comprendrez mieux certaines situations. Critères obligatoires de recrutement: - Bien connaître TruckersMP ainsi que les règles - Être un membre de TruckersMP depuis au moins 12 mois. - Être enregistré sur le forum de TruckersMP depuis au moins un mois. - Aucun bannissement dans les 12 derniers mois - Pas plus de 3 bannissements au total - Être actif sur le forum - Avoir un bon comportement en général, c'est à dire en jeu, sur notre forum, sur notre serveur Discord et sur les pages de nos réseaux sociaux officiels. - Compétences linguistiques - l'anglais est obligatoire; être bilingue sera un avantage - Avoir de bonnes compétences en communication - Résilient, actif et flexible - Savoir travailler seul ou en équipe - Vouloir apprendre et faire progresser vos connaissances - Être organisé et savoir s'adapter - Savoir accepter les critiques constructives - Une expérience déjà vécu dans le passé est un avantage, mais pas une nécessité. Forums: - Être enregistré sur le forum depuis au moins 6 mois. - Il n'y a pas de nombre de posts minimum à avoir, cependant nous vous encourageons vivement à interagir avec la communauté. Discord: - Avoir une bonne activité sur le serveur Discord. Nous souhaitons que vous participiez à des conversations au moins un jour sur deux pendant un mois. Réseaux sociaux: - Une excellente activité sur les forums OU une activité parfaite sur notre serveur Discord, pour que nous puissions voir comment vous intéragissez avec les gens. Optionnel: Avoir déjà vécu une expérience dans le domaine de la modération. My Report Moderator was promoted to a Game Moderator right after he banned me. I got banned on the 6th of july and two days later he got promoted. Now he doesn't answer my ban appeal because it isn't in his remit anymore to decide about banned people. Basically I am lost now because there is nobody responsible for me anymore. What should I do now?

Sevgili oyunçular, "Trial Oyun Moderatorları" rütbəmiz üçün bir işə alım zamanını başlatmağı qərara aldıq. Qarşılamanız lazım olan bir çox tələblərin yanında Yoxlama rütbəsinə çatmadan əvvəl keçməsi lazım olan bir vaxt var. Tələblər: Ən az 17 yaşında olmalıdır. İngilis dilində yaxşı danışa bilməlidir. En az 1 illik üzvlük vaxtı. Son ildə ban olmamalıdır. Son ildə forum banı olmamalıdır. Oyunda, forumda, discordda yaxşı davranış. Dözümlü, aktiv və elastik. Komanda olaraq çalışmağı bacaran. Sakit və Nəzakətli olmalıdır. Keçmiş moderatorluq misallarla birlikdə. Aktivlik tələblərinə cavab verən. Hello everybody, I have a little suggestion for our TruckersMP website which will, hopefully, make it easier to spot a user if needed. As always, I will, of course, follow the suggested (not mandatory!) format for these kinds of topics. First of all, there has to be a suitable Suggestion Name. I will just call it something like "user sorting". To be honest, a name isn't really required. Next, the idea is to sort the online users by rank and alphabet (i.e. by name) so that people can quickly see if, for example, a VTC friend is currently browsing the forum without having to search the referring user's name. I hope that this will be enough as a Suggestion Description. As it was always the case and will always be, I prepared a screenshot for you to get a better imagination of what it will look like, so here are the example images: Previously: After: Finally, coming to the always asked question of why it should be added, I can tell you that I would just like to have a more structured forum rather than a lot of coloured names flying around the list anywhere. Also, it could make people a little bit proud if they appear in the first line or whatever. Last but not least I am begging for our Web Developer Tuxy_Fluffyclaws (not tagged, he hates that) to not tell me that it is impossible because of IPS Software issues. I am looking forward to hearing your opinions on this suggestion. Tell me whether you either think it is worth an implementation or if it is a totally useless and dumb idea and you just wasted your time by reading it. Kind regards

Hello everybody, I decided to suggest this improvement because I am not sure whether it is possible to implement and whether it is even worth to add. That is the reason why I would like to hear your opinion about this. The Suggestion Name is to add multiple TMP staff icons which contain every group of the respective employee. When it comes to the point of Suggestion Description, I would suggest that our Web Devs implement more of these tiny icons which are underneath every user's avatar. The main aim is to create more specific icons that also provide information about all the groups, i.e. Media-Team and Support or Moderators and Support. Additionally, the primary group of the user will be shown bigger and the second group will be added by a little icon (see pictures). Now, I will show and explain some of the example images (not all of them, but the most common icons): As all of you know, on the forum there are groups for developers, web developers, project - and community managers, game administrators, as well as all the other. Because I did not prepare every single one of them, I will only add the most common images of the Support Team, the Media Team and finally the Moderation Team . Because there are a lot of users who actually belong to more than only one group, I thought it would be useful to add little icons to show their additional groups, i.e. Support (), Media () and Mods (). When a user is mainly responsible for support but also in the Media Team, I thought he'd get this kind of icon: implying that he is a supporter as well as a Media Team member. I did this for various groups, so I'll just show them: =>Mainly Moderator, but also Media Team: =>Mainly Moderator, but also Support: =>Mainly Support, but also Moderator: Those kinds of icons are also possible for three groups, for instance: =>Mainly Media Team, but also Moderator + Support: =>Mainly Moderator, but also Media Team + Support: =>Mainly Support, but also Moderator + Media Team: Last but not least, Why should it be added? In my opinion, it should be added because I'm interested in getting to know who belongs to which group and what the main group is (i.e. the group he joined first, right?). I came up with this idea as I read a post by @fyzz08 claiming that "[MOD] @Alv4s0r failed to pass trial support" [TruckersMP Team, 01/12/17]. Then I wondered why did he fail but is a Moderator? That was the point where I decided there should be more specific icons on the forum. As you may have noticed, I am not the best creator of images because I only used Paint for this, so do not expect anything better ^^ I am quite sure our Web Developers would do much better. If you made it to this point, I am very grateful that you read everything I wrote. I am looking forward to hearing your personal opinion but please avoid posting anything like "-1 won't be implemented" without any substantiation. However, if somebody somehow suggested this before, I really apologise because I was acutally searching on the forum for a post like this but didn't find one.
