    Por favor, tente as seguintes soluções:

     

    > Evite usar o Wi-Fi.
    > Evite carregar ou descarregar e reproduzir MP ao mesmo tempo.
    > Evite fazer atualizações do Windows ao mesmo tempo.
    > Evite ter muitos usuários ou dispositivos ao mesmo tempo em sua rede.
    > Evite usar serviços de streaming ao mesmo tempo.
    > Verifique as configurações do firewall no roteador / switch.
    > Prefira usar servidores mais próximos de sua localização.
    > Tente conversar com seu ISP (provedor de serviços de Internet) e veja se você pode encontrar uma solução. Pergunte ao seu ISP se eles suportam perfis de Internet como Fast path ou Interleave e solicite o Interleave. O Interleave aumentará seu ping, mas fará mais verificações de pacotes pelo seu ISP.

    E a melhor solução é que você tenha uma internet melhor.

    You need to configure the graphics quality of the game!

    To do this start Euro Truck Simulator 2, then browse thesettings and open the graphics part!

     

    You'll have several graphical options there that you can testand see which fits best to rotate on your computer

  3. Dear @Kagullar,

    This bug occurs because the multiplayer is synchronizing with your profile in Singleplayer. The time on the server is continuous, while in the Singleplayer when you close the game the time is frozen.
    So when you go back to playing in the MP after 4 days without playing, you will have already spent 4 days in fact. With this, some problems occur, for example:

    1-If you were making a 1 hour delivery in SP, closed the game, stayed 3 days without playing, and then decides to finish this delivery in MP, you will make the delivery with 3 days delay.

    2-If you have contracted employees, and stay a few days without playing in MP, you will notice that when you return after your money has increased, because it is as if these days that you did not play your employees continued working for you.

    Esse erro está sendo causado pelo DirectX11 para Solucionar precisamos voltar para o DX9 para isso Siga os procedimentos abaixo:

    Acesse a Pasta Meus Documentos > Em Seguida a Pasta Euro Truck Simulator 2>  E Procure o Arquivo chamado "config.cfg" > Edite o Arquivo com o Bloco de Notas > Encontre esta linha "uset r_device" dx11 e Mude para para dx9 e salve o arquivo. 

     

    Após isso creio que esse Problema será Solucionado!

     

    NOTA OFICIAL: Nossos desenvolvedores já estão cientes de tais problemas que são causados pelo DirectX11 e eles vão consertar isso assim que for possível.

     

    Desculpe por qualquer inconveniente e obrigado pela compreensão.

    Please, try the following solutions:

    > Avoid using Wi-Fi.
    > Avoid uploading or downloading and playing MP at the same time.
    > Avoid doing Windows Updates at the same time.
    > Avoid having too many users or devices at the same time into your network.
    > Avoid using streaming services at the same time.
    > Check your firewall settings into your router/switch.
    > Prefer using servers nearest to your location.
    > Try to talk with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and see if you can come up with a solution. Ask your ISP if they support internet profiles such as Fast path or Interleave and ask for Interleave. Interleave will raise your ping but it will do more packet checks by your ISP.

    And the best solution is that you have better internet.

  8. Hello @tonybat  \o/. To solve this problem, please follow the steps below:

     

     

    1-) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

    2-) Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)

    3-) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

    4-) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

    5-) Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/

    6-) Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"
