  1. A blonde is pulled over by an equally blonde policewoman and asked to produce her driver's license.

The blonde is confused and asks: "What? Driver's license? What's that? What does something like that look like?"

The blonde policewoman replies: "That's the one with your photo on it!"

The blonde rummages around in her bag and discovers herself in her pocket mirror, which she then gives to the policewoman.

She opens the mirror and stammers: "Oh... Sorry... if I'd known you were police too, I wouldn't have stopped you!"

  2. Winter ist eine Jahreszeit und kein Wetterereignis. Na toll, jetzt hast du mich zu früh geweckt. #HamburgMeinePerle #HummelHummelMorsMors
  3. I think pressing F6 will show your estimated time of arrival in the lower right GPS window. Is that what you are looking for?
  4. @LimeUnlimited, I applaud your attempt to use the simulator as it's supposed to be, in particular, to work your way up from level 0. I regard the costs for the transportation of your rig to another location contribute to a more realistic experience. Nothing is for free after all, and as long as it's not possible to claim the costs for the repairs of damages from the perpetrator, one has to cover them from one's own budget. Providing free teleports could send a wrong message and encourage the already reckless driving users even more to misbehave.
  5. P R I C E L E S S. Thanks for the good laugh!
  6. The performance of a computer is irrelevant. The trick is simply to position your vehicle to a safe location in SINGLEPLAYER mode BEFORE you enter MULTIPLAYER again. Spawning in Multiplayer in the middle of the road and trying to avoid collision is a bold venture. Please accept my apologies. I've apparently misunderstood your post.
  7. I'd try to avoid traffic crossing in high populated areas. In most cases, it will lead to players blocking others by entering an already congested intersection. How about using separated one-way streets to enter and exit the service station?
  8. Long live Greece! Cradle of Western civilization, art, philosophy and history, and originator of democracy. I expect nothing but the best from this fantastic team!
  9. To load a quick save which spawns your vehicle in an unsafe location, e.g. a road, is an reckless act, because it willfully neglects the safety of others users and of oneself. As opposed to this, a user who crashes into a vehicle that spawned in his way of travel is not at fault, because he or she can't know nor predict when and where a vehicle of another user will spawn, which gives the user few to no time to take evasive measures.
  10. I don't understand the connection between a support ticket and the suggestion forum. Can you share some light on that?
  11. Restrictions of the TruckersMP dispatcher will not stop players to drive to high populated areas. And this is not least because not all players use the dispatcher. Think about players who solely use World Of Trucks jobs or players, who don't hault cargo at all. TruckersMP rather needs AI traffic in low populated areas.
  12. In this fictive scenario, the amount of bail should depend on the severity of the offence, respectively the length of the ban.
  13. Requiring players to position their vehicle in a safe location in single player before joining multiplayer seems reasonable. Everything else is reckless behavior.
  14. Activity alone doesn't necessarily improve one's skill level. Unless one is interested in and understands the reason and benefits of defensive driving, one will always pose a risk to oneself and others.
  15. Voluntary work is based on the willingness to contribute time and effort without financial compensation. This can be related to a game, a soup kitchen... you name it. Voluntary work doesn't exclude a working schedule per se. Volunteers can be timely structured to maintain or improve a service. And yes, it shows good manners to call in if you are sick.
  16. Hello @[BTR] It'sRatul, contact the moderator who closed your topic and ask him to reopen it again.
  17. That seems to be a more effective way to deal with a player who blocks traffic.
  18. The TruckersMP team doesn't necessarily need more Game Moderators, but they need to use them more effectively, e.g. with a working schedule.
  19. @Rfh*, thank you for your answers. Please note that my post is not intended to discredit your idea. I'm just thinking out loud. How does one know if an action by another person is done on purpose or by neglect, and does a person's intention actually matter if the requirement of an offence is fulfilled? The question of a possible misuse of a feature that gives others power over another person must always be asked. How long do you suggest the non-collision mode for a blocking player should be be activated, respectively when should it be deactivated? How can it be avoided that the non-collision mode deactivates while another player is passing? How can it be avoided that a player with a vehicle in non-collision mode starts driving into traffic to cause mayhem?
  20. Before introducing such a feature, it is necessary to meet certain requirements. Some things that came to mind: Define the term blocking. As not every blocking is caused intentionally, the player in question must be given a certain time to clear the way, e.g. teleport. Furthermore, players may abuse this system by voting against others for personal reasons. How to avoid this feature being used in simple traffic jams?
  21. @WolfBoiGaming your repeatedly assure your innocence and see others at fault. At the same time, you describe and admit that you don't have a clean slate after all. And your punishment history supports the claim that you don't follow the rules. So what is this suggestion really all about? And what is your true motive? One thing you should have learned by now is that two wrongs do not make a right. Just because other players violate the rules doesn't mean that you can or should violate the rules. Because in the end, you got punished and they did not. And that should already enough of a lesson for you. And you will not buy yourself out of your punishment. Period. End of story.
  22. Please try to understand that the rules exist for a reason and that everybody who uses the TruckersMP services is equally bound to follow the rules. If you think that you were unfairly banned, you are entitled to appeal that ban. This however doesn't mean that your ban will be lifted. Regarding your suggestion I can guarantee you that the TruckersMP team will not agree to it for the obvious reasons. Use the time of your ban to think about your mistake and understand what you can do better.

  24. @WolfBoiGaming, considering the fact that you are currently banned and have 4(!) active bans, your topic gives the impression of rant. Players have to agree to follow the rules if they want to use the TruckersMP services. They can and should therefore be held accountable for their actions. If some players can pay to be unbanned while others can't, it not only undermines the fairness, but also weakens the threat of possible consequences, which may even encourage players to inappropriate behavior. I'd prefer a punishment system that treats every player equally fair.
  25. Where there is a will, there is a way. I believe all of it is feasible, but I don't know how long it would take.
