I think this would be unfeasible on a server that receives more than 2,000 players per day, and I believe that for SCS it is easier, as it does not receive this huge amount of players per day, and also players may have problems accessing the servers if this happens. What the TruckersMP team can do, is to allocate a server for players to use local mods, but this is not in the team's plans, it would certainly take extra work.

The idea of adding more trucks to the game is a good one, but I think most players would not play with those trucks, but rather, with the ones that are currently in the game. Hey, The CD route has become popular because it connects several important cities on the map, mainly the port of Rotterdam where it was once a route with a huge concentration of players and now in turn Calais-Duisburg. And in my point of view, who frenquenta the route, wants to socialize, it can be boring to drive for hours in places that do not have concentration of players, but unfortunately we have players who do not respect the rules and want to run over everyone on the CD route.

Hello! Been using the TMP mod for seven years, it's an amazing and giant community with its five million players. I also believe that the team should invest in more events and bring new projects to be implemented in the mod, I never had problems with the team in general, but I believe that they should open recruitment for game moderators, we know that the demand of the server is high and at peak times the trolls shoot on the server, making the game moderators work double. However, it is something that can be done in the future, finally, I have nothing to complain about the community and its team, I hope they continue to go the right way, in fact it is a very popular mod.
