    Does brake checking count as ramming?

     

    If somebody overtakes me to then proceed with heavy braking causing me to crash, would it be concidered ramming for the one braking? 

     

    Wondering becuase it has happened to me a lot recently, getting annoyed :/

      Not for ramming, but for trolling / blocking, yeah.

       

      If it seems like an intentional breakcheck in an attempt to slow you down or cause a crash, then it's bannable.
