Did you ever consider the massive lag you get on us1 in a convoy? For the topic: The separation between EU 1 and 2 how it is to date works very good and cause little dsync when either 1 of them is full.

What fyzz meant was: Do you have the latest MP version (0.1.7)?

The more afk trucks parked on the road the more complicated trucks you have to render (unlike the simple AI trucks from SP)so you won't get lag from ping (which you rarley get with a good connection) but your graphicscard will have to do a lot more calculations and you will get a lot more frame lag.

Make sure your steam account is set to public and not private.

There are already enough players pretending to be police, escort,... so there really is no need for this, IGA's take care of in-game rulebreakeing and they do a good job at it. If you see someone breaking the rules, report them in the game or on the forum.

I don't support this idea since there are already enough trolls that pretend to be escort and think they can play police and cause havok on the roads.

Ping is the time is takes for a packet to travel between a sender and reciever, measured in milliseconds (ms), the lower this value the better. It is not easy to improve this because it depends on your internet connection. Upgrading your internet package doesn't necassarily improve your ping because it is also dependant on the number of hops (internet service providers and global hubs) it takes to make a connection between you and a server. You can try finding out the best connection for you by hopping on the 3 MP servers and see which one gives you the best ping.
