So this happened shortly ago and I am not sure if I should report or not.
You see... I am a very strong feeling that this person was spawning in the middle of the road to crash other trucks on purpose. That other truck stopped on the shoulder might very well be his friend and they were both in a voice chat to communicate when the person should load a save. The truck on the shoulder would tell him when someone was coming and then he would load on the face of whoever was coming, then teleport away. Why else would someone laying on their side load a save in the middle of the road? That truck on the shoulder just makes it even more suspicious. Or it could all be in my head and this was just a big, unfortunate coincidence. And that's why I am not sure if I should report. :\

Oh boy @gwait I have avoided so many. A few leading to chips flying everywhere to grab the wheel when I had one

I know. I've avoided many of those because I saw the name appearing. In my incident of today in particular, though, the name showed up when I was already too close to it. On top of that, I didn't see it until it was far too late.
