      Absolutely, that's why the spikes happen, mostly. It's just that, even no one around and not moving, that ping was never reduced -i was in Aalborg there, was quiet as usual, no one else was coming or going at that time, and any other indicator shown normal values -ping, web surfing speed, etc..-. As i said above, resetting the router solved this weird problem.

      Yes, but cmd was accurate until now. -+40-50ms difference is too big i think.

      Resetting the router worked, they are at the same values now.

      You're right but it is constant between 125-140ms, not one of the 'loading peaks'. That was never happened before, cmd control values was accurate -I'm checking it everytime before entering the game-

      Probably, the problem is both of them. Because there isn't enough fan in the case -just two, one of them is useless really, and mainboard+graphic fans, if those counts- and the electricity in here is awfully bad. But somedays, there's no failure, and sometimes, 20%percent of cpu is enough for occuring a shutdown/freezing. So it's not a constant situation yet. i would like to know if i can save it somehow before the worst happens.
