      Public naming and shaming has no use, the admin in question can't defend himself and frankly, the whole community doesn't need to know that he/she made a mistake. You can take it up with their leaders; or not. That's up to you.

      ^ In addition, making complaints public will mean that we'll risk people to be spammed/flamed/insulted by other users when they make a complain.  I believe you'd agree that nobody wants to be spammed or insulted.
