      Yep, players do join the team as Trial Game Moderator Observer when there is no recruitment open. However, every person who joins as a TGMO has applied at recruitments. We never offer the position to players without a application being submitted. Most that join when recruitment isn't open are on a waiting list, waiting for a opening to join the team.
