I'm afraid that such information is not for public knowledge, @Vampire. What I can say, in response to your original question, is that there is no other way into the team apart from applications at recruitment, or promotions internally. If people join the team when recruitment is closed, it means they were on the waiting list and a space has become available in the team for them to join.
