  1. T.Rucker's post in Timezones in ban time was marked as the answer
Dear @Pie_Fish, to answer your question short and directly: Yes, the system time is referring to the UTC time zone by default. But you can change the used time zone in your account settings on the TMP-website. The link to the guide how to do so can be found above. Please let us know whether you are satisfied with the answers given in this thread or if you need any further information.
  2. T.Rucker's post in Username Question was marked as the answer
Dear @[VIVA] Ali the forum only supports ASCII-letters, which is basically the normal alphabetical letters from a-z in small and capital letters, numbers from 0-9 and a very limited selection of special characters, like brackets, question marks etc. You can find all ASCII-letters here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ASCII.
  3. T.Rucker's post in I get kicked after joining Multyplayer was marked as the answer
Dear @PioneerFan4, it seems like there have been a few issues with the DLC-check, but it should be functional again. So please log into your account on TMP and navigate to Account -> Settings -> Linked Games/DLC and click the green 'Check DLC' button. Then it should work again.

Please let us know if your problem is solved now or if you need any further help.
  4. T.Rucker's post in problem coreets2mp.dll was marked as the answer
Dear  @omerf, the coreetsmp.dll  is not located in the installation folder of TMP. You can access the correct folder by pressing the Windows-key + R, typing '%programdata%', hitting enter and navigating into the folder 'TruckersMP'. There you will find the file, just delete it, then start TMP as an administrator and press F1 to re-download all the required updates.
  5. T.Rucker's post in "Unsolved Topics" was marked as the answer
Dear @newt., welcome to the forums and thank you for showing interest in helping other players out in the Help section of our forums. My colleagues above have already mentioned most of the important things, but i just want to add a few words about it: First of all, if you want to help solve current issues, i don't recommend going into the 'Unsolved Topics' folder, as these are either issues where the community was unable to find a solution or the player who opened the thread just never came back and stated whether his problem got solved or not. Posting there wouldn't be too constructive, especially since those topics are locked anyway.

But as already mentioned above, there are still many open threads in the sub-forum 'Help' that require attention, as these are the current issues people face right now and need help with. Just read through them and if you think you can provide a helpful suggestion to one of those, feel free to post it in the corresponding topic. Just keep in mind that this forum is moderated by support, meaning that each reply has to be approved by a supporter first and is invisible for other players until it is approved. It would be great if you were able to help us solve some of the pending issues. Please let us know whether you are satisfied with the answers given in this thread or if you need any additional information.
  6. T.Rucker's post in Games graphics don't load properly was marked as the answer
Dear @[ConSecGroup] Jacrispy, first of all please try to open ETS 2 or ATS in Singleplayer and make sure to select to launch it with DirectX (64bit). Load the game, change the graphics settings to your satisfaction and then drive for a few minutes, afterwards please close the game again. Start TMP as an administrator now and see if the problem still persists.
  7. T.Rucker's post in Can I get banned from loosing control? Someone reported me for it. was marked as the answer
Dear @Hyvak, from here on out i recommend that you try to drive a bit more careful if you are experimenting with new input devices (i actually recommend that you do your early drives in Singleplayer as it usually takes lots of adjustments to find the correct setup. And driving with an improper setup on TMP is just reckless in my opinion). Just make sure that you drive at an appropriate speed as this will prevent you from getting into situations like these most of the times. Unfortunately, as already stated several times above, it can be possible that you will get punished if you put other truckers into danger with your inappropriate driving. Just try to keep the speed lower and you should have less issues to worry about. Please let us know whether you are satisfied with the answers given in this thread or if you need any additional information.
  8. T.Rucker's post in my car is no longer switching was marked as the answer
Dear @DhrMichiel, this is a known issue with the automatic transmission of the Scout cars that appeared with the most recent TMP-update. Our developers are aware of this, so all we have to do right now is lean back and wait for a fix. In the meantime you can either just use sequential/manual transmission or just drive a truck until the bug is fixed. Please let us know if you got sufficient information or if you need to know anything else, thank you.
  9. T.Rucker's post in front grill bug was marked as the answer
Dear @sigodek, since update 1.31 the Mighty Griffin DLC is supported for the Next Generation Scania as well. So in case you do not own this DLC, any truck that uses accessories from it will appear with missing objects on your screen, just like the one shown on your screenshot.

  10. T.Rucker's post in Delivery not visible yet says I have One pending was marked as the answer
Dear @Nettie, this usually happens if you have started a World of Trucks contract but your game economy was reset. What this does is that your truck will get spawned at your headquarters and you have no trailer ingame, but on WoT the job is still active and you can't take any new external loads as long as it's not cancelled/finished. In order to cancel the job, you just have to start the game and in the main menu (where you can see your truck in the middle of the screen) it should say something like 'Active contracts' or similar in the mid-left corner of the screen. Just click there and you will see all the job details. On the bottom of that page you can choose to abandon the trailer and cancel the load. Once you have done this you can take new jobs again.
  11. T.Rucker's post in I do not understand was marked as the answer
Dear @DeltaVolpe (3150) Thyago, it is quite hard to judge what you are really asking for. If your question is whether the incidents of the videos can be reported or not, the answer is 'Yes', since they clearly violated the rules by driving recklessly, which resulted in an accident. But instead of creating this thread you should have just reported these incidents here: https://truckersmp.com/reports/create. If you are unsure about how to report people, there's actually tons of guides and instructions in our forums about it. A basic guide on the reporting system is already linked above, but since you seem to be coming from Brazil the Portuguese version might come in handy here:

Please have a look at these guides as well, if you are still unsure about creating web reports:

  12. T.Rucker's post in Can't find caravan was marked as the answer
Dear @Roa_dwt in order to be able to haul the caravans you need to have at least on skill point for Just-in-time-deliveries and Fragile cargo on your ETS 2 profile, otherwise you simply won't see any caravans in the freightmarket.
  13. T.Rucker's post in In game reporting was marked as the answer
Dear @Raiders_fan, as already mentioned above the reports from the ingame-reporting system are queued up. They have to be claimed by a Game Moderator within ten minutes, otherwise they will get deleted and the creator of the report will get the message in the chat that no action was taken. Since our Game Moderators are really busy at prime time and usually there's quite many reports coming in at once, the chances are pretty high that it won't get claimed in time, therefore you see this message quite often. To be safe, just record your game sessions and create a report on our homepage if nobody claimed your ingame-report.

Please let us know if your question has been answered sufficiently or if you need any further information.
  14. T.Rucker's post in Police Cars was marked as the answer
Dear @[TML] Toxic_Monster, as already mentioned several times, only Game Moderators are usually allowed to drive the police cars. The only exception is if there is an event server, where normal players may get the privileges to drive one of them as well without getting kicked. Since you already got sufficient answers i will lock this topic.

Topic locked and moved to 'Solved'
  15. T.Rucker's post in Can't Connect was marked as the answer
Dear @[CHATOS] Nevzarov, try to check your PC for malware (for example with Malwarebytes: https://www.malwarebytes.com/). After the scan, restart your PC, start TMP as an administrator and check if that solves the issue.
  16. T.Rucker's post in Special Transport DLC was marked as the answer
Dear @BekoX12, there are some features like the guiding pilot cars, that make this feature rather hard to implement in TMP. I think at this point our developers might have other things on their list that have a higher priority. Therefore no one can tell you when this DLC will be supported in TMP or if it's even going to be supported at all one day...
  17. T.Rucker's post in Game Moderator bug was marked as the answer
Moved from Bugs to the Help-section

Dear @TheNeiron , this isn't a bug but instead this is part of this year's April Fools jokes in TMP.  Don't worry as you won't be able to access any of the Game Moderator features anyway, so you won't be able to kick or ban other players from the servers. Please let us know if your question was answered sufficiently or if you need any further information.

  18. T.Rucker's post in Status update was marked as the answer
Dear @[ETS2MCG] Kien Giang, the steps explained in the linked tutorial are actually a bit too complicated imo. Just try it this way:

1st upload your image to imgur.com (or any other image host):

Once this is done, you get a preview of your uploaded image. Right-click it and click on 'View image':

Then you will see the image itself in your browser and you can copy the link from the address bar:

Then head to the forums click 'Inset other media -> Insert image from URL' and paste the link there. Then the image should be added to your post/status feed:

  19. T.Rucker's post in a Question was marked as the answer
Dear @This's Mahmut TunceRRemix, developers are part of upper staff. Any position in upper staff requires you to have served at some other position within the TMP-staff first, so you can't just try and get directly into a developer's position. Since the responsibility of our developers are pretty high, you have to make yourself a name in the team first and have to prove that you can provide a useful asset to the staff. In order to apply for a position in the TMP-staff, please have an eye on the recruitment-section of the forums to be aware when specific recruitment periods are open and apply here if you are interested: https://truckersmp.com/recruitment. But please don't try and join the team if your own main goal is to get into a developer's seat, as you probably won't be able to fulfill your duty within properly if this is your own motivation.

Please let us know if you are satisfied with the answers given to your question or if you still need further help.
  20. T.Rucker's post in Help! Forgot username and password was marked as the answer
Dear @trouble228 If you face any kind of account/login issues because you forgot your login credentials, please directly submit a support ticket here: https://support.truckersmp.com/. No non-support member will be able to help you sufficiently. Thank you.
  21. T.Rucker's post in Truck configuration for MAX SPEED? was marked as the answer
The Mighty Griffin DLC only gives you visual upgrades for your truck, there's no engine upgrades, improved power or something similar. And the top speed of a vehicle is not just depending from it's engine power output. Or do you think that a 730 horsepower Scania can outrun a Ferrari 488, despite having more horsepower? It's not as simple as that, the maximum speed depends from the setup of the transmission as well, some trucks have rather short gear ratios that can produce them a higher power output for every gear, but restricts the top speed significantly, some others have longer top gear ratios which isn't good for accelerating in those gears, but allows them to travel at a higher top speed. All in all you shouldn't just look at the power output of an engine to determine it's actual performance...

I think there's plenty of answers given now to your question, @ROBOCOP_BLR, so if you are satisfied with a specific one please make use of the 'Best answer'-button or just post below if your question is answered now.

  22. T.Rucker's post in I can't Applicate to TruckersMP Team because I got banned was marked as the answer
The application system only refuses applications if the given player had a ban within the last year on his record. It shouldn't be too hard getting no bans within that time span, so anyone who really wants to make it into the team should have the chance to make it, as long as they are not continuously repeating their mistakes. In this particular case it looks a bit unfortunate, but rules are rules and there can't be any exceptions made just because somebody didn't know that he was actually breaking the rules.

@pilkaqqqq As unfortunate as it may be, but your ban will stay on your record. You will have to wait a year without getting any additional bans if you want to be able to apply for a pending position in the TMP team. Please let us know whether the answers provided in this thread helped you or not.
