Timezones in ban time

I have been banned and my ban says I am unbanned at 18:23 today. I am not sure what timezone it means, has it recognised mine or is it in UTC?

Dear @Pie_Fish, to answer your question short and directly: Yes, the system time is referring to the UTC time zone by default. But you can change the used time zone in your account settings on the TMP-website. The link to the guide how to do so can be found above. here is the picture of the time. as you can see, it hints no timezone at all.
