As said above. Winter mod is not supported by manually adding a mod. Winter mod will be supported if the Developers decide to add it into multiplayer.

Every available official SCS DLC will be always available at some point in the multiplayer as well for both ETS2 and ATS.

Unfortunately we can't really help you with your problem. Try to join the US server and see if that helps, if not use the Asian server (If available).

The game was not designed to be played as multiplayer, it's not your PC's fault it's the mod itself. If you experience problems with your FPS avoid high populated areas.

Queue is still available, but if the server is full you must select another one simple as that....This topic does not really require any assist is there anything else you want to ask?

If it is a ban appeal then the admin answered to the banned person and he is waiting for his reply.

Run the game once in single player with DirectX then try multi.

If your profile is low level and you haven't maxed out "long distance" skill for the jobs, then it's normal.

Also chat logs are also saved on the server.

Moved to resolved as the user's problem is performance problem which is normal since since the game was not designed to be a multiplayer game.
 
Last i want to remind you the most major steps you can do is;
Keep your drivers up to date. Remove most if not all of the drivers from your garages. Use an SSD. Avoid high populated area if you have no reason to go.

Start with the basic steps,
 
Uninstall the launcher, delete any leftovers from C:\Program Files\TruckersMP Launcher
 
Delete the folder from C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP
 
Re-install the launcher and run it as admin.
 
Last install Microsoft Visual C++ https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53840

Toast, Wi-Fi is not meant for gaming. Try to use Ethernet instead because it can cause issues to the launcher connecting to the servers.
 
This is not a bug, it's a problem from your side.
 
Tell me which ISP you are using so we could sort your network adapter in Windows, maybe that helps.

If you don't have the activation link when you first created your account we can't send you a new one, although you don't need to worry about it because it doesn't restrict you anywhere.

Verify your game files after you change it to NONE. Since you said you have already changed it.

Yep you receive achievements normally like if you were playing on single player.

As said before. When you teleport, cancel a job, sleep etc wait for at least 5-20 minutes until the game unfreezes without pressing anything.

Because i have a feeling you have confused the installation paths let me put it like this.
 
An example path that you will need to install the TruckersMP mod is: C:\Program Files\TruckersMP Launcher
 
The game should be installed at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\  (You don't have to choose common Steam installs the game in that folder by default if you haven't change it)
 
If you don't know where Steam installs your games you can simply go to Steam Settings\Downloads\Steam Library Folders and check your games installation path.
 

Two options,
 
1st option: is to run the game in Single player and choose "Launch with DirectX" and play until you load inside your cabin.
 
2nd option:Go to Documents\American Truck Simulator and delete config.cfg, then check if the game is working again.
