i tried everything, still offline

If you try and load the game if your version is different to the one required the game wont load you will get a message box telling you in detail what version your running and what version tmp is running.... if you dont see that and still cant get access I would suggest going to the help forum here or sumbit an official support ticket here.... there is also a discord which is live and you can try and get live assistance there  

P.S Remember this is also the festive period so you might not get assistance as quick as normaly  Merry Xmas
