However, if those tickets are staff complaints or ban/appeal discussions, they are probably being reviewed by the Game Moderation Managers. Any example images: Why it should be added: It can give a little more convenience to the upper staff who review the tickets. Note: The picture is valid only for tickets created in the GMM category. For other tickets only the category "Questions" or "Staff Complaints" will be selectable. (Just a suggestion)
