What was the problem on eu2

Cars bring an extra element of speed which cause many an avoidable problems. But for the sake of argument, lets take your approach. The cars aren't the problem, therefor it must be the players right? Ok, lets get rid of the players that are breaking the rules. Oh wait a minute now there are a lot less players now because there are so many not following the rules. Ghosting, running red lights, dangerous driving. Need I continue?
