Hi, I have been having this problem for a few days and Blazie has had it for about 3 weeks. Whenever I try to extract my game.sii it tells me that it was decrypted but when I open it, its a mix-mash of decrypted english and encrypted garbage. I have changed my save_idx between 1,2 and 3 but it doesn't work on any of them. The only thing I have done between the time of it working and not working is hiring about 130 drivers, buying 130 trucks and buying all the paint job DLCs. If you know how to fix this, please let me know either in the forum via a reply to this thread or through a PM. Thanks -James Edit: I found the problem. The game had reset a config file. I just had to go and reset some settings If you are having this issue, goto C:\Users\[your computer]\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2 and open your config file, go to uset g_save_format and change the number in the quotes to "2" For advance users who have the console activated, you can do this in game by simply typing "uset g_save_format 2" (no quotes) in to the console and it should fix your issue.

Hi, first thing is that you posted this twice, which can have both threads trashed. Hopefully they won't considering I am giving you this heads up, but I am not a forum mod so I have no control over what they do. second thing is, I have personally done this and the only way to fix it that I know of is to reinstall TruckersMP Hope I helped -James

This sounds to me like your install of TruckersMP might have a memory leak. To fix this, I would suggest reinstalling TMP. Another reason this might be happening is because MP is a lot more demanding than SP so it will be a lot harder on both your CPU and GPU. If you overclock your GPU or CPU I would suggest bringing it down 100-200mhz to see if that helps or, if your able to, try pushing up the voltage a little bit. I'm not sure how much knowledge you have about computers, but I can happily assist you if you want to PM me on steam.

TAB menu: If you're wondering how to click those buttons on the TAB menu, the answer is quite simple. Clicking the right mouse button brings up a mouse cursor which you can then use to click on the settings, steam profile, etc. It's also quite useful for those who don't use a steering wheel or game pad as it allows you to easily report users while still being able to control you're truck. Console: When using the console, there's a few commands you can use to make the game a bit easier. The one I'm gonna be focusing on is the ability to disable tickets and fines. This is useful because if you're in a city by yourself, the last thing you want is to risk getting a ticket for running a red light. To do this, hit the "~" key and type, "g_police 0" without the quotes. NOTE: using this also blocks any in game reports sent to the admin so do not abuse this. Those being seen abusing it should be reported using the TAB menu noted above. I do not condone any illegal game play and this is to be used solely to turn off fines and should not be used for the sole purpose of disrupting other players.
