Hello @I see you 86 This has been a common problem when attemtping to run the TMP Launcher. Because of this, solutions have been found in previous posts. Here is a LINK (<-- Click to open) to a post from March last year with a solution which helped another player. Hope this helps resolve your issue.

Reason for the crash is due to your HQ being set in a city within Promods. A fix for this is to turn off promods using the same profile in Single Player, change your HQ to a location in base game. Once this is done, you should be able to load in, to which you are free to change your HQ back.
