  5. Hi Attempt to download/downgrade at this time, recently the servers were not 100% working as-well as steam, but as of now they all appear to be up and running. Please let us know if your issue has been resolved. Regards
  6. Hi Here is some possiable solutions (NOTE: Some may have already been suggested above) Solution 1) Change your e-mail address. There is a known issue that some of the e-mail addresses do not work when logging into the MP client. Change your e-mail address of the account to one that will work with the MP client. An example would be Yahoo!, Gmail, Hotmail account. In order to change your e-mail address, you need to contact Support team and have them change your e-mail address. Simply create a new ticket and ask them to change your e-mail address for your account. Support can be accessed here: http://ets2mp.com/support/ Solution 2) Make sure that @ symbol is working when you're logging into MP. Sometimes it's easy to miss that you have not entered the @ symbol for your e-mail address when logging in. If that's the case, you need to either hold down ALT and type 64 (using numpad) to create the @ symbol, or copy and paste one into the login screen. Solution 3) Make sure you're logging in with the correct Steam account (the one that is linked with your ETS2MP profile).   7. I have received similar issues regarding emails, it appears the activation / reset password email's appear to not be received via Gmail accounts. Not sure what is causing this but we have had 100% success with Hotmail, yahoo email accounts, these could be possible solutions as you see fit. Regards

  10. You submitted this topic for help, we are attempting to give you possible solutions to this, no need for the attitude. Now, perhaps message the admin whom declined the reports asking politely as to why it was declined, maybe he/she could provide you with information on this issue and provide you with further information on how to correctly do them in the future. Jobs from SP into MP can vary, you may notice your job is for example; 24 hours left to be delivered, whereas you take the job onto MP and it shows up as LATE! this is because the jobs are not sync between SP and MP, so the time varies and in some cases (Such as this) the money payout could be altered. Possibly, but the report will be resolved quicker if all the information is provided for them, im sure you can understand this, allot of reports are submitted daily, will take double if not triple the amount of time to search the information themselves, time which could be used else where. Regards

Hi You can retrieve all player information in game, simply type "/pinfo *player in game ID* for example - "/pinfo 238", then enter, this will bring up the players steam ID as well as his ETS2MP ID, i recommend you take a screenshot of this information to use while creating the reports.     Hi There is a list of allowed mods here - http://forum.ets2mp.com/index.php?/topic/6812-allowed-mods/ Any external mods (Items which are not already implemented in the game) will not let you log into Multiplayer. Regards Moved to solved.
