  1. Why almost everyone in mp is horning and lighting you like you know this guy from years but actually you see this guy for first time in your life

i know that in real life the trucker's is horning each other sometimes but in real life are 100 car's and one trucker while in mp whole server is of trucker's.

Because all greet you or greet you when we are on route is a form of greeting.
On the second point because few carts, easy the name "Euro truck" says.:tmp:

In many countries it is forbidden to blow the horn, you can go to jail if you need it.

Lots of people do it in the UK, there is a law on it but most people with a brain know the difference between someone saying " hi " or if its a truck that the person is clear to pull back in & someone who's angry because they got cut off or warning people they are there ( buses do it at stations & trucks do it in sites i.e construction sites / recycling plants!

Trains use their horns sometimes for train spotters as a friendly " hi " but mainly as a warning for level crossings or if people are on the track i.e workers or idiots trespassing
