You can be sure that I will do my best to help you. 1) Try to install Launcher on C:\ProgramData path. (Open Launcher -> Settings -> TruckersMP Installation Directory -> Install to C:\ProgramData Path) 2) Check if the paths are correct. ( TruckersMP Launcher -> Settings -> ETS2/ATS2 Installation Path -> D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2 -> it should be like this if not you can easily copy and paste it from steam. Steam -> ETS2/ATS2 -> Properties -> Local Files -> Browse Local Files -> You Can Copy the File Location at the Top of the Window and Paste it into the Launcher. ) NOTE: Since I installed it in the D:\ directory, it may differ for others! If it doesn't work despite these steps please delete the launcher and all its files and install it again (don't forget to install it on C:\ProgramData path) 3) Win+R -> %programdata% -> Delete TruckersMP folder. 4) C:\Program Files\ -> Delete the folder named TruckersMP Launcher. 5 ) Documents -> Delete ETS2MP and ATS2MP folders. 6) Win+R -> regedit -> expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> expand SOFTWARE -> delete TruckersMP file. Hey @Calvin '; Driving in rain is allowed, just make sure to always have your vehicle under control. You can't get banned for driving in rain, but for causing an accident you can. I hope it helps... Kind Regards, Mr.Drexyy

Hello @Honest08; First of all welcome to the TruckersMP forum. You can have one or several accounts if you wish. Answering your questions, if you have several accounts and none of them has a ban you don't need to be alarmed, you will not be banned for having several accounts. If one of your accounts is banned you cannot log in to the other accounts to avoid the ban and continue playing, you must wait until the ban ends to use that account or any other account you have or play in single player until your ban expires. If you have one or more accounts and none of them are banned = You will not be banned. If you have one or more accounts, you have been banned and you use one of your other accounts = You will be banned in all accounts. If you have one or more accounts, you have been banned but do not use the accounts until your ban expires = You will not be banned in the other accounts because technically you are not evading the ban, you are just waiting for your ban to expire. Hello @DenisR0M; Sorry to hear that.Please try the steps bellow: First of all, please right-click your TMP-launcher -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Tick the box next to 'Run this program as administrator'. Hey @Calvin '; Sorry to hear that. I'll leave a few solutions below. Please try the steps below. ->You should run TruckersMP as an administrator. This is really important. Also try TMP with DirectX ->Remove mods on TruckersMP (Snow mod, font etc...) ->Completely delete TruckersMP and reinstall it. -> Update your graphics card driver. -> Pull down your graphics settings. -> Maybe you need a new profile, delete the old one and create a new one. -> Reinstall the mod and make sure you are correct to the directory. (\Steam\SteamApps\partner\Euro Truck Simulator 2) -> Delete File Documents / ETSMP (Please backup this file before deleting) -> It may be because of the game. Go to Steam Library / Euro Truck Simulator 2 File checks / Properties / Local / Verify integrity of Game Files. I hope it helps... KInd Regards Mr.Drexyy

Hello @Czondir; Do you see a speaker icon in the right corner when you hold down the x button? First of all, if you see this icon, try the following solutions, if this icon is not visible, verify the game files. Solution 1 Start TruckersMP, then press the settings button in the player list, or press the settings icon in upper left corner on the login screen, select the "Sound" tab, then check the "Speaker device" - change it to "Default", then press "Apply". After that, press the "Start test" on the same tab. You should hear yourself as you speak during the test. Also try this solution: 1. Right click the volume icon on your taskbar 2. Click sounds and then go to the playback tab 3. Right click speakers / the green ticked device and select properties 4. Go to the advanced tab. Then ensure the following settings in the image are set. Afterwards, press restore defaults. 5. Restart TruckersMP. 6. If this fails to work: a reinstall of your audio drivers would also eliminate another possible solution. Solution 2 1. Check your default microphone - it shouldn't be set to stereo mix or similar 2. Check if your headset has the mic mute switch somewhere. If you find it, set it into opposite state - you might've muted the mic by accident. 3. Check the volume of the default microphone - if it's very low(close to 0%), raise it up. 4. Check if you have plugged in the microphone into microphone connector(may not be applicable for USB headsets). Also make sure that CB radio is actually turned on in-game. If everything listed is checked and fixed(if applicable) there's settings in-game to change the volume of CB transmit and receive. In the settings(cog icon) select "sound" tab and you'll find voice and mic volume sliders. First one sets the CB receive volume, the second one sets the CB transmit volume. Open your panel with the TAB key multiplayer > Voice > Voice volume setting pull to the right. Open the game. Return to the desktop.at the time sound level in the audio mixer from the speaker icon, right click on TruckersMP. Solution 3 If you are using a sound card, please update your sound card. If you're not using a sound card, update your motherboard's Realtek HD Audio driver. https://www.realtek.com/en/downloads *Restart the computer after installation. My Documents > ETS2MP > config.txt Replace the settings with these values. TruckersMP'yi Windows 7 ve DirectX 11 ile başlatırken aldığınız fatal error hatasını nasıl gidereceğiniz konusunda yardımcı olacaktır. ( Steam -> ETS2/ATS2 -> Oyna -> OpenGL i Seçip Oyunu Açın -> SÜR Butonuna Bastıktan Sonra Oyunu Kapatın ) 5-Windows güncellemeleri kısmından güncelleme olup olmadığını kontrol edin. Varsa lütfen güncellemeleri yapın ve bilgisayarınızı yeniden başlatın. 6-Eğer hala olmuyorsa Launcher'i bilgisayarından kaldırmamız gerekir. 7-Win+R -> %programdata% -> TruckersMP klasörünü silin. 8-C:\Program Files\ -> TruckersMP Launcher adlı klasörü silin. 9-Belgelerim -> ETS2MP ve ATS2MP klasörlerini silin. 10-Win+R -> regedit -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE adlı yeri genişletin -> SOFTWARE adlı yeri genişletin -> TruckersMP dosyasını silin.
