He was probably busy watching elsewhere and didn't look at the chat. Why are you assuming he was trolling?

He most likely had his reasons to block the way, I'd be really surprised if he didn't have reasoning.

It's a case by case thing. Personally, I wouldn't report someone if they apologized, but someone else could report them either way.

You tried to report a project manager, lol. To get their TMP ID, use /pinfo (in-game ID) in the in-game chat.

In-game reporting is a great idea, but it's too hard to maintain with the few game mods in-game at a given time. They probably get hundreds or thousands of reports each day, which is too much to handle. Probably better to stick to the website reporting system.

I’m a relatively new driver at Atlas, but I’ve done enough to see that this is a truly great community. People are active every day, and what amazed me the most when I first joined is how many different games they hosted. While I don’t own many of them, it’s cool to see that it’s not centered on just one game. Having been a trial driver, I had to retake two parts of the exam, but I was treated kindly all the way through. I have a busy schedule, but the assessors were lenient in letting me take my time and find the time to take the retake without much pressure.

Unless you were falsely banned and got it removed by an admin, it's impossible to deactivate one.
