  2. Hello @Furioso Could you please try the following 2 things 1st solution, if you haven't already, please try the following: 1. Go to the TruckersMP website and login 2. Hover over your name in the top right corner 3. Select Settings 4. Now select 'Linked Games/DLC' 5. Click 'Check DLC' The check can sometimes take a while, but usually 1-15 minutes Then test it. If it still doesn't work (Or you've already done the above check), please try the following: Step 1 Open Steam and go to your library -> games Make a right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 and open Properties After the Properties window has opened click on Local Files tab and press Browse Local Files A folder with game files will open. Remember the path to this folder Step 2 Click Start -> Run (or WIN+R) Type regedit and hit enter Follow the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TruckersMP Look at the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2" Step 3 Copy the folder address from Step 1 Change the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2" (Insert the copied folder address) Click OK.   11. Hello there You're mentioning you didn't play with a lan cable but over wifi. If possible, please test with a lan cable instead Depending on the placement of your router and where your pc is at, turning on a microwave can almost kill your wifi connection. It's not limited to just a microwave, other things can make interference aswell (Anything wireless, are very prone to interference from other electronics) I await your return! Hello @Wordexee, First up, welcome to the TruckersMP forum and congrats on making your first topic Now, back to the problem, please try uninstalling and then re-install your TruckersMP launcher, by following the below instructions: 1. Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard 2. Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes) 3. Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder. 4. Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher" 5. Navigate to C:\Documents\ and delete the folders named "ETS2MP" and "ATSMP" 6. Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/ When installing the TruckersMP launcher, keep the launcher on your C drive, don't install it to a different drive (If you do, you can risk experiencing many different problems/errors) You can see how to install the launcher here: https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base/article/18 On the first picture you'll see 'Select Destination Location'.   17. Hello there @intheblim, welcome to the TruckersMP forum, and congrats on making your first topic I'm not entirely sure whether you're using your own truck, or not. So I'll explain both We do not recommend to take quick jobs as they could cause some long loading times or other issues (Like late delivery). You should always take jobs of the normal freight market for your own truck/trailer. Also (As mentioned by _sneaht_0810) If you start doing a job in Singleplayer, you should try to finish that job there. Please do not switch over to MP while delivering a freight. The same applies to jobs in our MP. You also shouldn't make breaks during a job. Try to finish your contract in the same session since making breaks of several hours or days during a job may cause issues with the freight market, and also make your delivery late. If you follow the tips listed above, but you still can't find any freights. Try one of the following solutions: • Teleport to garage or service. • Sleep at hotel, service, etc. • Use a train or ferry. I hope that helps Sincerely, General18 TruckersMP Support
  18. Hello there @SARDAR-KHAN, If the above solution mentioned by support team member Stubborn__ doesn't fix it, please take a look at your Anti Virus settings. Especially if you're not using the standard Windows Defender If using a 3rd party Anti Virus, make sure that you give Truckersmp launcher permisson. If checking your Anti-Virus' settings doesn't fix it (And you're not using Windows Defender), please uninstall your 3rd party Anti Virus software, and test again. If it then works, great If you're now thinking: But, am I know unprotected? Please read below If you're using Windows 10, I'm pretty sure Windows Defender will start back up on it's own To make sure, you can check here: 1. Windows button 2. Search for settings and open it. 3. Go to 'Update and security' 4. Then go to 'Windows Security' 5. Then click 'Open Windows Security' 6. Check if there's a green checkmark on 'Virus and threat protection' If there's a green checkmark, you're currently being protected by windows defender If there's not a green checkmark, there should be a button to activate it I hope that helps If unsure about anything, let us know Sincerely, General18 TruckersMP Support
  19. Hello @shadowspike74, I know it's already been mentioned but, for the problem you're having, deleting the two webcache folders is almost always the solution. So please, try following Solution 1 (Solution 1 also mentions a couple ways of how to delete the webcache folders) If solution 1 doesn't fix it, solution 2 will make your windows check for corrupted Windows files (And correct them if it finds any) Solution 1: 1. Go to "This PC" and copy/paste this path C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache & C:\Windows\Temp\WebCache (if available). 2. Delete all files from both folders. 3. Launch the launcher and try again. If you're trying to follow the path (opening folders one by one) you'll have to do the following before doing so: 1. Go to "This PC" 2. Go to the top of the window, and select 'View' 3. Set a checkmark in the box saying 'Show hidden elements' 4. Now, try following the path -> C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache Incase you're not being able to access cache folders: 1) Open CMD as Administrator 2) Enter the following command to direct cmd's focus on the folder where WebCache is stored. "cd C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows" 3) Enter the following command to delete the WebCache folder. "rmdir /q /s WebCache" Solution 2: Try opening an elevated (Administrator) cmd and type in the command: sfc /scannow Then it'll guide you through what to do, when it finishes, restart your pc (It might also ask you to restart before doing the scan, if it does, you'll still have to restart after the scan :-)) I hope this works If it doesn't work, I got a few more solutions up my sleeve, but lets start with the above 2 solutions Sincerely, General18 TruckersMP Support
  20. Hello, If you mean that you can't see the CB inside the vehicle, that is because it is currently missing. Even though it is missing, it's still working So, in order to change channel, use the following command in chat: /channel <channel nr> Example: /channel 5 Then you just hold down X to talk, and you should see a speaker icon at the bottom right hand corner Sincerely, General18 TruckersMP - Support
