  1. Hello @lIIlIlllIlIlIIlIlIlIlIIl, Thanks for the suggestion, however, this has already been suggested: Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  2. Hey, for those who think nothing has changed since the update, here's the scoop: We've scaled down the report system load from Heavy to High (just a reminder, there's a Very High status in between). Back in the Heavy days, it took an average of 12 days to get a response on a website report. But now, we've got it down to 8 days and it's still improving. About those comments concerning the in-game report view rate after the announcement, remember, Rome wasn't built in a day. This has been an issue for years, and one change won't do a complete 180. Change takes time.
  3. It seems like you've completely missed the point of the blog text you quoted in your message. The text doesn't suggest that reporting rule violations is toxic; instead, it emphasizes how an excessive and unnecessary focus on reporting can create a negative atmosphere among players. It's crucial to distinguish between genuine reporting of rule violations and a culture where some players report every minor infraction they encounter, even if it doesn't impact their gameplay. I've noticed that there are quite a few players on our servers whose sole purpose seems to be reporting others. Some do this with the intention of helping us catch rule violators, but others do it for personal satisfaction, enjoying seeing others get banned. The fact that there's a high number of players engaging in this behavior doesn't help us address the issues we're trying to solve. We're not hiding the fact that we lack sufficient in-game moderation or enough GMs to review the majority of game reports. We're actively addressing these problems with internal changes, and more improvements are on the way. Our main goal is to increase the number of Game Moderation team members and ensure we have enough GMs moderating busy areas and handling game reports in real-time. I understand that some players might be upset about the changes to the report system, but they seem to have missed the point of the blog post, which is about our game moderation shifting towards live moderation - a change many of us have been waiting for. While this transition will take time, our team is continuously expanding and seeking ways to further improve the situation. I've personally had doubts about some decisions made in this project and have never been afraid to voice my concerns when necessary. However, it's essential to remember that if you want to provide feedback, it should be constructive and not misinterpret the main points. Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager

  5. Hello @[MCG] PennyFG, Thanks for the suggestion! However, I am afraid we will not be implementing such feature again. This was something we introduced a few years ago, but that update got reverted quickly. The players started immediately doing everything to avoid getting banned, which included them deleting accounts as soon as they could see there was a report against them. To be honest, players do not really need to be aware whether there is a report against them or not. As long as you follow the rules, there is nothing for you to worry about, and if you happen to get into a situation which could be a misunderstanding, you are more than welcomed to save that clip, so if you happen to get punished you can provide it within the ban appeal. Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  6. Hello there, Thanks for the suggestion! After careful consideration of the proposal to change the name of the Report Moderator role, it has been determined that there is currently no compelling need for such a change. The existing role description effectively conveys the responsibilities and duties of Report Moderators. Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  7. Our Developers are actively working on resolving that issue. I cannot provide any ETA for the fix, unfortunately. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for understanding!
  8. Correct, the least number you can reach is 1 report instead of 0 as it was in the past. Which means, the only case when you might not be able to submit the reports is if you get banned from the reporting system.
  9. If you disagree with the decision made on the report, you can still contact the Game Moderation Management via the feedback system as you would normally do before the anonymization. The Game Moderation Management can still see who has dealt with the report, which means they can take the further actions when necessary.
  10. Hello @ImmJoe, Thanks for the suggestion. However, this has already been suggested a few times before. You can read one of the recent rejection explanations here: Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  11. It is an Award, not an Achievement. These two are completely different things.
  12. Visit your profile, scroll down little bit and you will see the "Awards" section, right under Patreon.
  13. The way we choose report scores for the reports has not been changed. The only change regards to the report scores is that the highest number of reports a player can create was reduced to 10.
  14. Hello there, Since your forum topic does not follow the suggestions category rules and you deleted your TruckersMP account, I will go ahead and close this topic. Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Locked
  15. There was such a feature released for a short period of time in the past, but quickly got reverted due to players that started deleting their accounts and doing everything to avoid getting banned. If you follow the rules, you do not have to worry about anything, as most of the time people type "rec ban" even when they are not recording.

  17. That's correct. Before, we were performing the checks manually, but now the system does that automatically and blocks the connection. Players who face such situation get a message in-game with the explanation and recommendation to contact the Game Moderation Management via the feedback system for assistance. Hope this makes it more clear now. And yeah, the announcement is coming soon
  18. Hello @Qualy, Thanks for the suggestion. However, this has already been suggested here: Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  19. Reworking input method to give the players ability to change TruckersMP keybinds is something we are considering for future.
  20. Hello @ROMANISTA [ITA], Thank you for your suggestion! It's essential for our team handling reports to accurately identify the nature of the violation, whether it's related to driving, hacking, inappropriate language in chat/cb, or another violation. This distinction helps us address the issue appropriately. However, it's worth noting that regardless of the report reason chosen, it doesn't impact the outcome of the punishment. Our report handlers have the responsibility to evaluate each case thoroughly and determine which specific rules were violated. They have the flexibility to apply appropriate punishments based on their assessment, which may include various rule violations beyond the initially chosen reason. If you wish to share multiple rule violations or explain the reason behind the report, you have the ability to do so via the explanation part. Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  21. Hello @Heasid, Thanks for the suggestion! However, we decided not to proceed with the proposed idea. The primary reason for this rejection is that the mere accumulation of in-game hours and the duration of registration on the project does not necessarily indicate a player's understanding and competence to our rules, as well as our enforcement methods. Implementing such a system could inadvertently create opportunities for abuse. Thanks for understanding! Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
  22. Hello @[VTC ATL] maz1lovo, Thanks for the suggestion! In response to a suggestion from our community, we have adjusted the minimum report score that users can possess. It has been modified from 0 to 1, affording players an opportunity to enhance this score by contributing valuable reports. Currently, we do not have any intentions of performing a complete reset of user report scores. We have confidence in the existing system, which we believe operates fairly. Thanks for understanding! Sincerely, Leon Baker Community Manager // Rejected
