Merry Christmas to all staff in all departments/teams who have worked tirelessly over the past 12 months in making TMP the awesome place that it is.  They have worked so hard to continue to bring us the fun and enjoyment we all know love.  There have of course been many updates that made life challenging at times, TMP has come through and kept things going.  Massive thanks to you all.  Have a great Christmas and best wishes for 2021.

Yesterday was an amazing day on TMP raising some money and having some great fun with a convoy around Simulation 2.  The money raised was £110 for my stint during the stream - so a huge thank you to all those who donated and took part in the convoy.  It was the first convoy that I have organised and lead in a charity event.  

I have received some awesome feedback from those who took part saying they thoroughly enjoyed the convoy and banter during the drive - including me going the incorrect way - thanks to the GPS - but it was a great icebreaker right at the beginning of the event.

The JustGiving page with be up and running until the end of December 2020.  So far we have raised DOUBLE the first target of £300 - the TruckersMP is amazing, loving and generous & thank you all so much as I know the monies raised will go a long long way in supporting Santerpaws Bulgarian Rescue

Great things have happened to me recently over at CRTZ Carriers.  I applied to become a Trainee Event Team member and I am delighted to say that I was accepted by our Event Manager Sharkie

I have been emensly fortunate over the past 17 months and must thank the TruckersMP community, devs, managers, event staff and of course, ADEEEEEEEEEENS to help me with my twitch channel which has been a success.  I have had support from SCS Software when my 1st year of twitch streaming came up earlier this year - they very kindly donated to me a number of steam keys to give away for both ETS and ATS.

 

I am now looking to continue on the path to partner and have recently been experimenting with a number of different simulator games on my twitch channe.  However, my favorite game will always be ETS and ATS.

Seems a long time since i wrote anything in the forums.  Thought i would give a little update on my Recruitment role CourtzCarriers as it has been quite eye opening.  Interviewing a variety of people.  Human nature is strange sometimes.  We have a great recruitment team and it is fantastic to work with such wonderful people who put a lot of effort into ehancing the  VTC for the benefit of its drivers.  Its going well.

 

With regards to me streaming over at twitch.tv/rescue193uk I did loose a bit of enthusiam for a few weeks, however I have now found my mojo again and I am enjoying driving around Sim 1 and Promods with viewers.  I now have a regular schedule back up and running.

Recently promoted in Courtz Carriers VTC as a trainee member of the Recruitment Team.  I would like to take this opportunity to thank Courtz49 TotallyDiesel & Z1rox and all who made the decision to make the promotion.  After going through full training I am now  fully trained to process applications in our active, friendly, warm and global VTC.

So Im Rescue193uk.  The helicopter in my banner is where I take my name from.  It was the Search and Rescue helicopter in Cornwall where i use to live.  Look around the internet and you may find more about me as I use this name a fair bit.  The picture on my profile is me however it was taken a few years ago now. 

 

I enjoy playing ETS2 on both Truckers MP and base game - although I have recently begun to play around with mods and Promods, which I think really adds another dimension to the game.
