    Okay, but then why are the profincial roads next to the inner city 80km/h?

    I was online today, when i noticed that in the city area, you can't drive faster then 60 km/h However, the speed limit in some city area's is 80 km/h (Netherlands) How can i go to 80km/h to keep it realistic?
