Turns out he was still running ATS singleplayer and that caused the issue, was fixed as soon as he quit.

I keep getting this connection error, I've tried reinstalling and I get the same thing, I don't know what to do.

I believe I've fixed the issue, I tried the first resolution and it instantly verified, also tried the 2nd and it seems to be working fine now. Thank you for all the help!

I tried downgrading my game because it told me I needed to, and when I did so the download almost got done but went to content file locked and now I cannot play the game. It comes up with: An error has occurred while updating American Truck Simulator (content profile locked) C:\Program Files (X86)\Steam\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator\bin\win_x64\amtrucks.exe Can anyone help? Thanks

Have you played ETS2 for 2 hours yet? You must play Euro Truck Simulator 2 for 2 hours before you can play multiplayer.

I see no issue with advertisements, I play for at least 20 hours every week and I have never seen anyone "spamming" chat with advertisements and recruitment, adding rules for advertisement would do nothing but increase admin workloads. -1

United States ATS 3rd time and still doesnt work. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing either. Seriously? People are starting be mad at me because I can't play with them.

I accidently hit the police skin and got kicked from the server, I sold the car and I still can't get online, says I'm banned, I check and the only ban I've had was from 2 days ago and it was only a 1 day ban that was appealed successfully, it lets me log into online, but it goes from connection established to connection failed, you are banned from the TruckersMP network... I've tried reinstalling and uninstalling twice and still nothing, FIX IT.

I just got banned for swerving ONCE because my cat was being a pain in the a**. Apparently I have no bans but says I'm banned when I try to connect.

I've only had it happen in Oakland at the ship port so far... nowhere else, not in repair areas or garage areas.

1 dev for 2 multiplayer games?? That's ridiculous. No wonder it's taking so long, needs more devs, then you won't be having people complaining 24/7.

Why is the ATSMP United States server down? It has been for a while.

Plus, I believe it would be impossible for a developer to do that as there needs to be a box for the NCZ to be, repair areas, drop off/pick up areas have them.

I think if they wanted to, they already would've, plus you can see their names and dots pop up a few seconds before they spawn in, usually enough time to swerve and then pull over and have a heart attack, at least that's how it is on ATSMP for me, I have yet to hit anyone connecting and I have almost 200 hours of MP gameplay.

Suggestion Name: Make cars easier to handle for keyboard players Suggestion Description:While driving in the pilot car, I find it hard to drive especially with a keyboard no matter what I do to my settings. I'd like to be able to drive it without swerving all over the roads and constantly hitting guardrails without even trying, even going the speed limit it is still pretty hard. Any example images: Why should it be added?: It would make it easier for players to drive and more people would have a positive opinion on the scout cars.

Question... (I know I don't have 50 posts or anything but just wondering.) If I were younger than 17 is there anyway that if at sometime in my future I were to apply for Support someone would someone be able to interview me or something or is it strictly 17 with no exceptions?
